About La Belle Amie Vineyard
This pastoral family-owned winery in Little River is nestled into a forest of pines and oaks, making for a relaxing place to sip wine in the shade.
In addition to being open for tastings every week Monday through Saturday, the Vineyard is known around the Grand Strand as a great place to go for live music and festivals throughout the year. In the colder months, guests can take comfort in the warmth of a bonfire while sipping their beverage of choice.
And when the weather gets nice, La Belle Amie hosts music festivals of all kinds (Jazz & Blues, Parrot Head, Oldies, Big Band, etc.), complete with holiday and occasion-appropriate food available.
The Bellamy family, owners of the Vineyard, has a history of wine-making experience dating back several centuries in the south of France. And the property itself functioned as a tobacco plantation for many generations before transitioning into its current state in the late 90’s, and opening for business in 2000.
As for La Belle Amie’s wine, the Vineyard’s Twisted Sister line includes 17 unique varieties spanning everything from sweet whites to dry reds. Each one is cleverly-titled with names like “Bikini Blush,” “Island Mama,” “Southern Gentleman,” “Sun Fun Girl,” and “Sunburn Red.”
A sample of any six of the varietals is $3, and guests are also able to buy their favorites by the bottle. In addition to the tasting room, the main building is also home to a gift shop, where accessories like wine glasses, corkscrews, wine racks, and coasters are available.
La Belle Amie also offers a variety of sauces, relishes, jams, salsas, jams, and cooking oils.

Great quiet place to relax, have parties, enjoy music, and meet old and new friends. Good food and spirits. Family operated by great couple. Stop every year.
