Tucked away within the many communities and neighborhoods of Forestbrook is Hunters Ridge.
Hunters Ridge sits next to Hwy. 501 and Why. 544, which both go to and from Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach and Carolina Forest. There are dozens of great dining options in Forestbrook, as well as across Hwy. 501 in Carolina Forest and in Myrtle Beach. There’s also plenty of grocery shopping nearby, including a Wal-Mart and a Food Lion both near Hwy. 501. You’re also near Coastal Grand Mall and Tanger Outlets on 501.
Living at Hunters Ridge offers residents a great location; a perfect distance from the attractions along the beach and far enough to have the peace and quiet you desire without breaking the bank.
Children attend nearby Forestbrook Elementary and Forestbrook Middle Schools.
You can expect an eclectic group of homes in Hunters Ridge, from large and spacious to small and cozy. Many great amenities are offered, including common areas, an outdoor pool and and picnic areas. The community is also gated, placing the safety of its residents first.
Many of the homes near the front of the neighborhood are generally smaller while homes towards Forestbrook Elementary and the back of the neighborhood are generally larger. Many of the smaller homes are 1,200 to 1,700 square feet of heated living space with a one or two car garage. The larger homes measure between 1,700 to 2,200 square feet.
Prices vary between the mid-$100s to the mid-$400s.
