These annual Myrtle Beach events are staples among locals and visitors alike. From festivals to fairs throughout the Myrtle Beach area, our favorite events are a celebration of all things we love — particularly food, music, and family fun! Whether you’re a classic car enthusiast or a die-country music fan or a foodie, you’ll find an event you’ll love in Myrtle Beach.

Restaurant Week South Carolina, January 7-17, 2021
Restaurant Week South Carolina takes place each January, highlighting restaurants along the Grand Strand. Participating restaurants offer daily specials and discounts throughout this ten-day event.

Myrtle Beach Marathon, March 6, 2021
The Myrtle Beach Marathon is an annual event, which includes a family fun run (virtual for 2021), 5k, 10k (virtual for 2021), half marathon and full marathon. Runners appreciate the fast and flat full marathon course with scenic views of the Myrtle Beach area.
Canadian-American Days Festival
Myrtle Beach welcomes our neighbors to the north with some Southern hospitality during the Can-Am Days Festival. The fun includes tours, food and much more! Plans for 2021 Can-Am Days have not yet been announced.
Run to the Sun Car Show, March 18-20, 2021
The Run to the Sun Car Show brings thousands of classic cars — and car enthusiasts — to the Myrtle Beach area each year. The event raises funds for charity and includes door prizes, food vendors and a ton of fun.
St. Patrick’s Day Crawl for All in North Myrtle Beach
The annual North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival has been canceled for 2021 due to covid-19, but local businesses are putting together a scaled-down celebration of all things green on Main Street with their Saint Patrick’s Crawl for All. Participants can enter a scavenger hunt or join the golf cart parade. Festivities are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival
The annual Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival is a celebration of culinary delights in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Food truck vendors will serve a variety of great food, and the event includes children’s activities, vendors and a beer garden. Plans for 2021 are TBA.

Myrtle Beach Bike Week Spring Rally
Bikers flock to the south end of Myrtle Beach for the annual Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Week, which includes bike shows, vendors, tours and plenty of fun at area biker hangouts. Murrells Inlet is a hotspot for bikers this week, but they can seen and heard up and down the Grand Strand.
World Famous Blue Crab Festival, May 15-16, 2021
Visit the 40th annual Blue Crab Festival to experience the tastes and spirit of the Lowcountry. The event includes live music, kids activities, craft vendors and more. The event is kid-friendly and biker-friendly.

Carolina Country Music Fest, June 10-13, 2021
Country artists Luke Combs, Eric Church, and Darius Rucker join a host of other performers for the 7th annual Carolina Country Music Fest on the oceanfront in downtown Myrtle Beach. The event draws thousands of country music fans with big-name acts plus food, drinks and an unforgettable backdrop.
SOS Spring Safari, June 16-26, 2021
Shaggers from all over the East Coast flock to the beach for the SOS Spring Safari, a celebration of the S.C. state dance and those who love it. The festivities include tea parties, shag dancing, live music and a parade throughout North Myrtle Beach. The Spring Safari was moved to June for 2021.

4th of July
Celebrate Independence Day in Myrtle Beach! All along the Grand Strand, fireworks displays light up the sky. Other special events include a boat parade and golf cart parade as well as an 8k race. More information about 4th of July events will be published as they become available.

Myrtle Beach Mustang Week, Sept. 6-12, 2021
Mustang enthusiasts flock to Myrtle Beach for the annual Mustang Week. The celebration of Ford’s most famous sports car attracts hundreds of owners with their cars and includes meetups, car shows, awards and drag nights.
Aynor Hoe Down, Sept. 18, 2021
The Aynor Hoe Down, a celebration of small-town farm life, is a favorite event among locals and visitors. It includes a street dance, food vendors, a parade and children’s entertainment. Information about the 2021 is not yet available.
Greek Festival
The annual Greek Festival is a family-friendly celebration of Greek culture and food that includes live entertainment and tours of the breath-taking St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church. 2021 details have not yet been announced.
Monday After the Masters, Sept. 13, 2o21
Monday After the Masters, a celebrity pro-am golf tournament started by Darius Rucker of Hootie and the Blowfish fame, brings famous faces to the Myrtle Beach area for 3 days of fun and fundraising. The event, which usually occurs in April, has been moved to September for 2021 due to Covid-19 concerns. Past celebrities have included actors, models, musicians and athletes. This year’s field has not yet been announced.

Don’t miss the annual Little River ShrimpFest this fall! The festival features tons of delicious seafood from local restaurants as well as arts & crafts vendors, live music, children’s activities, and more.
