Best place ever! And reasonable price
Stayed in unit 1609 and wow what a value compared to other 1 bedroom condos on the beach. Unit was recently renovated and had chef grade refrigerator and range (and dishwasher) the kitchen was very large for a vacation condo plus huge amount of counter spaces and seating at a kitchen table and at the counters. Bedroom had the most comfy queen size bed 🛏️ and overlooking the ocean 🌊. The resort ⛵ has an amazing restaurant and several hot tubs and pools. Beach itself is literally about 200 feet away from the building. Views from southern side of building from 16th floor are stunning and you can see planes taking off and land. For those that need to work.... internet is very very fast and free and reliable with a strong signal. Stayed in many places in MB and it's the best AND only a couple dollars more for a 1 bedroom on the beach than other properties.

We stayed the week that the Hurricane came through and Kelly Fink with Remax was showing us homes. We were prepared to purchase a home but the governor said all must leave and resorts were to shut down. The Palace was a great location and service second to none, accommodations were acceptable other than our water front view was blocked by an building right in front which allowed us to see their roof. Access to the ocean and parking was very good. Fredericksburg
