About American Heart Association Beach Ride

The American Heart Association will host the 43rd annual Beach Ride at Lakewood Camping Resort. The fundraising event is a 5-day event that includes vendors, a parade, t-shirt contest, karaoke, line-dancing, and culminates with a 20-mile beach ride.

The Beach Ride is the largest trail ride on the beaches of South Carolina and is the only time that horses can be on Myrtle Beach. Since the beginning, the Beach Ride has helped fund over $6.5 million in research, education, and advocacy projects for the American Heart Association.

The American Heart Association is a relentless force for longer, healthier lives for all. This is truly a can’t miss event for those in the equine world!
