In partnership with Tidal Creek, Black Drum Brewing has created a custom tasting menu to pair perfectly with their finest craft beers. Each guest will receive a door prize with special custom items from Tidal Creek.

Start the night with an appetizer of goat cheese, and then enjoy four courses featuring salmon, braised pork belly, chicken cordon blue crepes, and brisket steak. – each paired with the perfect beer to wash it down!
