Lulu’s Mardi Gras Golf Cart Parade
Join Lulu’s in Barefoot Landing for the annual Mardi Gras Golf Cart Parade on Saturday, March 1, 2025! Starting at 1:00 PM, enjoy free family fun, followed by the parade at 2:00 PM. Dress in your Mardi Gras Best – Green, Gold, and Purple – for a chance to win prizes in the costume contest, plus awards for the Top 3 decorated golf carts and the first 20 registrants. LuLu’s will also be serving free King Cake and offering Red Beans & Rice and Jambalaya for purchase. Bring the whole family for a day of fun, food, and celebration!
Marshi Gras Celebration
Celebrate Marshi Gras at the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk on Fat Tuesday, March 4th, as the MarshWalk brings a taste of Louisiana to South Carolina! Starting at 5:00 PM, all eight restaurants will serve up delicious Louisiana-style cuisine and drink specials, plus give away Mardi Gras accessories and party favors. Dress in your best Mardi Gras attire for a chance to win over $1,000 in cash and prizes! Costume registration will take place at Bovine’s from 5:00 to 6:35 PM, with the parade kicking off at 7:00 PM and judging at 9:00 PM. Don’t miss out on this fun, festive celebration!

Mardi Paws
The 2nd Annual Mardi Paws celebration is taking place on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Grand Park! Take your friendly, leashed dogs for a day of fun, including a doggy costume contest where your pup can win prizes for their finest or funniest outfit. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Grand Strand Humane Society, so head out for a paw-some time and support a great cause!
