About Myrtle Beach Mustang Week

Mustang Week, a celebration of Ford’s most famous sports car, has grown into a gathering of hundreds of owners and enthusiasts who visit the area each year for one of the biggest car show events in Myrtle Beach. Festivities kick off on Monday, Sept. 4 and run through the car show, which takes place Sept. 8-9. 

Sept. 4 

Official Mustang Week Kick-Off Party | 4 to 8 p.m. | Twin Peaks Restaurant in Myrtle Beach 

Join CobraSam and other Mustang enthusiasts for the Mustang Week kick-off party at Twin Peaks in Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the cruise-in, meet-and-greet with Mustang Week staff, giveaways, merchandise sales and more. 

Sept. 5

Sept. 6 

Stangs & Games | 4 to 9 p.m. | Player 1UP in Murrells Inlet 

Enjoy a DJ, giveaways, arcade games, and more at the Stands & Games event at Player1Up bar in Murrells Inlet. Hop on the “Designated Driver” shuttle service to get around Murrells Inlet from Player 1UP. 

Sept. 7 

Dragway Day | 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Darlington Dragway in Darlington, SC 

Experience the ultimate drag racing event at Dragway Day at the Darlington Dragway. The event includes Test-in-Tune & Autocross (8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 to 8 p.m.) and Cruise-in-Drag (1 to 2:30 p.m.). Cost is $30 per races and $20 per spectator. Helmet and seat belts are required. 

Sept. 8 

Official Mustang Week Car Show | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Myrtle Beach Mall 

The All-Ford Mustang show includes classic cars and modern day favorites, official Mustang Week merchandise, vendors and more. Mingle with fellow Mustang enthusiasts, enjoy the DJ, and check out the variety of cars. 

Sept. 9 

Official Mustang Week Car Show | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Myrtle Beach Mall 

Mustang Week concludes with Day Two of the All-Mustang car show. Grab your last-minute merchandise before the end of the event. The awards ceremony is at 3 p.m.
