Make it a Valentine’s Day date to remember during the annual Splash of Love at Ripley’s Aquarium. Enjoy a romantic four-course dinner in an aquarium setting. Choose from one of four packages ranging from $150 to $400 per couple. Reservations required.

The menu for all meals includes:

Appetizer Bar

• Mini shrimp parfaits with cocktail sauce
• Cupid’s heart cheese biscuits with cream cheese and red pepper jelly
• Vegetable shooters with ranch cream dip

Plated Dinners

• Sweetheart Salad – Red beet, purple kale, baby spinach, red cabbage, and strawberry slices with a side of vinaigrette dressing
• Entrée Meal (guests will decide prior to arrival) – Pork tenderloin with rosemary and mango, passion fruit relish OR Chicken breast stuffed with brie and red bell pepper, bacon-wrapped with champagne cream sauce OR Vegetarian option – stuffed portabella mushroom

• Au gratin potatoes
• Multicolored carrots with maple butter and Italian parsley

Dessert to Share

• Raspberry crème chocolate cup with chocolate mousse, raspberry sauce, and chantilly cream topped with vanilla bean truffles, edible confetti hearts, and fresh raspberry and mint garnish
