Portside at Grande Dunes

Portside at Grande Dunes is a senior living LIV community that is currently being built. The community will promote an active lifestyle as well as wellness and independence. 

Portside will include a specially designed neighborhood for those with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other forms of memory loss. The staff at Portside is committed to delivering top-notch quality care to meet all residents’ needs.

The neighborhood also offers housing for Assisted Living and Retirement Living. 

Phase 1 of the 12.83-acre site will include a 83 unit 3-story Assisted Living building and a 32-unit Memory Care single-story building. the Assisted Living units will be an average of 583 square feet and the Memory Care units will be around 360 square feet.

Phase 2 will include 22 cottages and 138 Independent Living units.
