Prestwick is perhaps the finest neighborhood for golfers, tennis players, and active families on the Grand Strand. Located right on the border of Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach, Prestwick has it all.

Prestwick has immediate access to Highway 17, which runs all the way from North Myrtle Beach to Georgetown. There is also quick access to Highway 501, which leads to Conway and Highway 31, which leads to North Myrtle Beach.

In just 2 short miles, you can be in the center of Surfside Beach, enjoying everything from Ocean Lakes Campground to shops and restaurants. Located 9 miles from Prestwick is the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk where you can enjoy a nice dinner while looking out over the Inlet and its wildlife.

Perhaps the best part about Prestwick is its lavish Championship golf course and its state of the art tennis facilities. The golf course is complete with rolling greens and beautiful blue lakes. The tennis facilities in Prestwick are the best in the Grand Strand. The facility holds 11 clay courts and 2 hard courts. Many tennis tournaments are held here.

For those who don’t golf or play tennis, Prestwick offers a Country Club with a pool, a private cabana, a pro shop, a shower and locker room facility and a restaurant. The chef of the restaurant is highly awarded and specializes in Asian cuisine. Prestwick is a gated community with 24 hour security.

The houses in Prestwick are divided into 4 different subdivisions: Manchester Place, Highgrove, Wynfield and Pipers Glen Condos. Homes are located on and off the golf course.
