Tuscan Sands is a neighborhood located in the Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach.

This 108-home site community is situated off of Highway 17, providing residents easy access to areas of the Grand Strand such as North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown.
