Windsor Plantation

Windsor Plantation is a new neighborhood located on the border of Surfside and Myrtle Beach. It is an all natural gas community and contains 3 separate neighborhoods: St. David’s, Berwick Townhomes and Devonshire Estates.

Windsor Plantation is located off of Highway 17, allowing easy access north to North Myrtle Beach and south to Pawleys Island. There is also easy access to Highway 544 and Highway 707.

Within minutes you can be in the growing Sayebrook area where you will find stores, restaurants, grocery stores, fast food options and more. In just 5 miles, you can be soaking up the sun on the beautiful beach in Surfside. Also located nearby are the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, Market Commons, Coastal Grand Mall and the Myrtle Beach Airport.
