Woodlake Village is a 55+ community located in Murrells Inlet, south of the Myrtle Beach area.

This active adult neighborhood is located just off of Highway 17 Bypass, providing easy access to the entire Grand Strand. The area is rich with things to do like golf, dining, shopping, and more. Plus, attractions like the beach, the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, Brookgreen Gardens, Hobcaw Barony, the Garden City Pier, and more, are just around the corner.

The homes in Woodlake Village may be a little bit older, but most of them have been updated with upgrades such as gas fireplaces, garages, and Florida rooms. The homes here are 2 and 3-bedroom models in ranch and tradition styles. All homes were built around the year 1990.

Woodlake Village boasts awesome amenities along with a low HOA of under $50. These amenities include a clubhouse with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and clubs for the residents.
