About Pirate’s Table Seafood Buffet
Located in Surfside Beach, Pirate’s Table Seafood Buffet has been serving up delicious Calabash-style seafood to the Grand Strand since 2011. Boasting one of the largest buffets in the area, Pirate’s Table is a family-friendly restaurant that serves cuisine from delicious steaks to Alaskan crab legs and everything in between. But the all-you-can-eat offerings aren’t the only attraction here; this themed eatery is home to a 10 thousand-gallon pool where live mermaids swim and buccaneers hang out. While eating, don’t be surprised if you hear cannons and pirates shouting in the background.
Food
Home to one of the largest spreads in Myrtle Beach, SC, it’s no surprise that this restaurant serves a wide variety of food to satisfy hungry visitors. But one of the main reasons people visit this calabash buffet is, well, for the seafood! Pirate’s Table provides guests all-you-can-eat crab legs, mahi, salmon, catfish, tilapia, crab cakes, deviled crabs, shrimp, oysters, clam strips, and flounder, as well as broiled stuffed flounder, broiled tilapia with lobster sauce, and the manager special, oysters Rockefeller. The cold bar features oysters, black mussels, crawfish, and peel-and-eat shrimp.
Landlubbers will be satisfied with the wide array of beef, chicken, and sides. Steak options include prime rib, tenderloin tips, BBQ ribs, and Italian sausage. The country food section features favorites like assorted rolls, BBQ grilled chicken, chicken teriyaki, fried chicken, Buffalo hot wings, teriyaki rice, shrimp creole, mashed potatoes, squash, turnip greens, broccoli, spinach, carrots, baked potato, Italian beans, rice, lima beans, corn, and sweet potatoes. For the young picky eaters at your table, there’s also a children’s buffet featuring their favorite foods. The kids’ bar serves pizza, french fries, chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings.
The sprawling buffet also offers light fare on its salad and soup bar that features tons of ingredients to make the perfect medley. Fresh soups include vegetable, beef or chicken vegetable, seafood jambalaya, beef mushroom, cream of potato or crab, as well as clam, crab, and corn chowder.
After filling up on all-you-can-eat seafood, guests satisfy their sweet tooth at the dessert bar which features tasty rolls, assorted cookies, chocolate and yellow cake, cream puffs, cheesecake, key lime pie, chocolate and vanilla puddings, and fruit. For those 21 and older, there’s also a cocktail bar that serves beer, wine, and refreshing cocktails.
