Description
About Wild Wing Cafe
This regional chain was founded in nearby Hilton Head Island and has branched out based on its unbeatable combination of hot wings and cold beer. Wild Wing is as much a bar as a restaurant, but the menu goes well beyond the typical bar lineup. Located at Barefoot Landing, there’s always a party going on at Wild Wing
Wild Wing Cafe Food
It all starts with the famous chicken wings, served with more than 40 types of Wild Wing’s special sauces. Play it safe with the Virgin or Medium or get adventurous and try the Atomic Meltdown, the Ragin’ Cajun, the Flying Fajita or the Garlic, Garlic, Garlic – a spice so nice they named it thrice. But Wild Wing offers excellent appetizers like the popular Buffalo Shrimp and Hot Shots, a spicy sausage and cheese mix. Piled-high nachos, flatbread pizzas, burgers and barbecue ribs, seafood and sandwiches, such as the Bubba’s Big BBQ and the Fabulous Philly Cheesesteak, also make up the diverse menu. Of course, Wild Wing also serves plenty of cold beer and drinks to wash away the heat.
Wild Wing Cafe Atmosphere
Wild Wing is divided into two main areas – the dining room and the bar. Both have a bit of a sports-bar feel as the dining area is filled with wooden booths and tables and the walls are lined with lots of TVs and creative signage. The bar area is a bit more festive with live music on the weekends. Two-for-Tuesday features eight free wings for those who buy eight.
