You Eat I Bake is a Myrtle Beach treat! A bakery focused on gluten-free and allergy-friendly goods, You Eat I Bake has every diet in mind.

As a little shop with big heart, You Eat I Bake is focused on building strong relationships with their clientele and baking the most delicious and tasty treats at the beach for everyone. Every treat is gluten-free and nut-free, while most offerings are also dairy-free and vegan. They specialize in baked goods that exclude wheat, nuts (i.e. peanuts, tree nuts, with the exception of coconuts), dairy, eggs, soy, corn, and shellfish. They aim for baked goods that are always delicious, while being conscious of all dietary restrictions. They even make treats for those on a vegan, paleo, keto, or unrefined/sugar-free diet as well.

They bake in small batches daily to ensure the highest quality in baked goods, while also offering full-size cakes and goods for special occasion orders, including weddings and birthdays. The daily menu changes frequently to include items such as cookies, brownies, cupcakes, muffins, and keto fat bombs. They also include specialty items on occasion like cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, cobbler cups, cookie cake slices, cake pudding cups, and more.

Cake flavors range and include: vanilla, chocolate, carrot, cocoa, lemon, orange, strawberry, strawberry shortcake, blueberry, lavender, lavender lemon, coconut, latte, mocha, mint chocolate chip, cinnamon, pineapple, pineapple coconut, and Life-Changing Chocolate Cake. Seasonal flavors include pumpkin, spice cake, orange spice cake, gingerbread, and cranberry vanilla. Icing flavors include a selection as well: buttercream, chocolate buttercream, vanilla, chocolate, cream cheese, chocolate mocha, lemon-flavored buttercream or vanilla icing, lavender-flavored buttercream or vanilla icing, cinnamon vanilla, sunbutter, coffee, and mint! All of which can be made for any dietary restrictions or allergies.
