About Myrtle Beach Pelicans Baseball Team
The Myrtle Beach Pelicans are the Class-A Advanced Affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. This means you can watch players from the best farm systems in the majors compete against Carolina League teams including the Wilmington Blue Rocks (Royals), Salem Red Sox (Red Sox), Winston-Salem Dash (White Sox), Carolina Mudcats (Braves), Frederick Keys (Orioles), Potomac Nationals (Nationals) and the Lynchburg Hillcats (Indians). As the only professional sports team in Myrtle Beach, this minor league baseball team goes the extra mile to provide locals and visitors with plenty of exciting action and fun promotions throughout the season. With a season that runs from April through September with at least one game every week, fans visiting in the spring and summer can come and take in a game, and enjoy the many benefits of a night out at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark — conveniently located just across the street from Broadway at the Beach. The stadium, which was recently voted as one of the top five stadium experiences in all of minor league baseball by Stadium Journey, holds roughly 6,000 fans and includes plenty of great things to do including, top-notch concessions with two restaurants, a picnic area, a beer garden, and for the little ones, a playground, inflatables, games and plenty of on-field antics to keep you entertained. The stadium offers a variety of seating options including a beach area, filled with beach chairs and sand, a picnic area/beer garden, outfield bleachers where you can enjoy all the action and catch a tan, and of course great views of the game from the main stands and box seats. Experience what’s been called one of the best attractions in Myrtle Beach and take advantage of popular promotions such as Thirsty Thursday ($1 beer night), Wiener Wednesday (2-for-1 hot dogs), giveaway nights, post-game kids run the bases, fireworks shows and much, much more. There are also plenty of other fun themed nights which in past years have ranged from Pirate Nights and Superhero Nights to Pink at the Park Breast Cancer fundraisers and Bark at the Park nights where pets are welcome to attend. Individual game tickets begin at $8 each with preferred box seating for as little as $14 per ticket. Group rates and special packages are also available.

Accommodating.
We went to the game on sat 7/2. My uncle was struggling and having some mobility issues. The staff was very helpful in assisting us. They even had a few local medics who checked him out and they got us a wheelchair and one gentleman helped us wheel him out to the parking lot. Thanks so much to the staff at the Pelicans game !!
