Things To Do
New Attractions & Things to Do in Myrtle Beach in 2025
Planning your 2025 Myrtle Beach vacation? There’s quite a few exciting new things to do around the area this year. Here are some of the most anticipated attractions opening up, as well as some popular new attractions that recently opened.
Coming in 2025
The Space at Kaleidoscope
The first board game cafe in Myrtle Beach is set to open Feb 8, 2025. The Space at Kaleidoscope looks to provide a place for locals and tourists to unplug from their devices and connect with others. Expect to find hundreds of boardgames and fun events to bring people together. The Space at Kaleidoscope will open at 519 Broadway Street in Myrtle Beach.
Downtown Flavortown
Guy Fieri’s Downtown Flavortown is set to open in the Myrtle Beach Mall in 2025. This will be the second location to open in the chain after the success of the original Downtown Flavortown in Pigeon Forge, TN. In addition to delicious food, Downtown Flavortown will include games, a mini indoor bowling alley, and a tiki bar.
Trader Joe's
While a grocery store barely qualifies as an attraction, we had to include Trader Joe’s on this list based on its cult-like following and the anticipation for the opening. Plenty of local residents have been dying to see a Trader Joe’s on the Grand Strand for years. While there’s no estimated opening date at the moment, we know that construction for it began in the Sayebrook Town Center near Surfside Beach in November of 2024, so we expect it to open sometime later in the year.
